Join us for a free webinar on October 7 at 8:30 a.m. (please note the earlier than usual start time) featuring a live conversation with Dominion Energy CEO Bob Blue discussing what the merger proposal with NextEra Energy would mean for customers and communities across Virginia.
Electricity demand is rising faster than it has since the years following World War II. At the same time, projects are getting larger and more complex, and utilities customers are counting on affordable, reliable power now, not years from now.
These circumstances present a unique challenge to utilities as they plan for the future while ensuring the lights stay on today.
Dominion Energy and Florida-based NextEra Energy have proposed a combination of their two companies.
The proposed merger raises a host of issues: How will the combination affect reliability? What will happen to customer bills? How will local communities in Virginia be affected? Who will run Dominion Energy’s day-to-day operations?
This is your opportunity to hear directly from Dominion Energy leadership about the combination with NextEra Energy and what it would mean for customers and communities.
