Rejoined RVA757 Connects: 2025

Tayloe Negus currently is a managing director and the Richmond/Southern Virginia office leader for Aon, the professional services firm that offers a range of risk-mitigation products

Prior to joining Aon in 2015, Negus was with Mercer, Genworth Financial, The Todd Organization, Arthur Andersen, and Silicon Graphics.

He has held numerous community and civic leadership roles in Richmond and Virginia, including 16 years as volunteer executive director of the Richmond Management Round Table.

Negus had been involved with what has become RVA757 Connects since 2014 when it was a group of CEOs from both regions meeting once a year. He was a founding board member of RVA757 Connects in 2020.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in religion and philosophy from Hampden-Sydney College. He also holds an MBA from William & Mary and a Master of Science in Financial Services from the American College.
