Scott Ukrop is managing director at NRV, a Richmond-based venture capital firm investing in early-stage companies.

In this role, Ukrop works with founders and portfolio companies across a range of sectors, drawing on more than three decades of experience in marketing, operations, and brand development.

In addition to his work at NRV, he advises and consults with several early-stage companies in the Richmond area.

Over the course of his career, Ukrop has served on a number of nonprofit boards and currently serves as board chair at CAV Angels, a University of Virginia alumni angel investing network supporting the UVA entrepreneurial ecosystem.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William & Mary.
