Michelle Little is the Hampton Roads Market Executive for Bank of America, responsible for driving market strategy, fostering community partnerships, and advancing employee engagement across the region.

A Bank of America leader since 1997, she brings nearly three decades of experience spanning human resources, commercial banking, community relations, and market leadership. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to community impact, Little works to strengthen relationships among businesses, nonprofits, and civic leaders to help create thriving communities throughout Hampton Roads.

Little has extensive nonprofit leadership experience, overseeing philanthropic investments, nonprofit partnerships, sponsorships, and employee volunteer programs throughout Hampton Roads and North Carolina’s Research Triangle region. In her previous role as community relations manager, she worked closely with nonprofit organizations to advance initiatives focused on education, workforce development, affordable housing, financial wellness, and economic mobility.

She currently serves as assistant secretary and a member of the Board of Directors for Hampton Roads Community Action Program, and as a board member of Lee’s Friends, supporting organizations dedicated to housing stability, workforce readiness, family self-sufficiency, and cancer support services.
