Dr. Mike Dacey currently serves as president and chief executive officer for Riverside Health System. 

He joined Riverside Health in January 2018 as executive vice president and chief clinical operations officer. He became president and chief operating officer in 2019, and assumed the role of chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2023.

Dr. Dacey oversees all clinical operations consisting of six hospitals, which includes a 600 physician-employed medical group with over 100 practice sites. He is responsible for both the clinical and financial performance of the entire organization, which consists of over 10,000 employees.

Prior to joining Riverside, he was president and chief operating officer at Kent Hospital and served the Care New England Health System for 17 years. He also was appointed president of Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. Prior to this, Dr. Dacey served as the chief clinical integration officer and oversaw the Care New England Physician Organization.

Dr. Dacey earned his medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, finished his Internal Medicine Residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and earned a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Harvard School of Public Health.
