Melissa Ameluxen is vice president of U.S. State Government Affairs at Anheuser-Busch, where she leads the company’s state government affairs teams across all 50 states. In this capacity, she implements strategies and programs that promote a probeer legislative agenda and help create a favorable and responsible regulatory environment in the U.S. She lives in Washington, D.C., moving there with her husband in 2020.

Prior to joining Anheuser-Busch, Ameluxen was the Vice President of State Government Affairs for the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues, working on behalf of more than 430 credit unions in California and Nevada with more than 9.1 million members.

Ameluxen also has served as a staff member to a California state Assemblyman and a campaign manager to a number of political candidates for state and local offices in California.

Ameluxen grew up in Chino Hills, California. She is an alumna of California Polytechnic University, Pomona where she was a member of the NCAA women’s volleyball team and graduated with a BA in Public Administration.
