Jamie Thomas serves as the executive managing director and market leader for Virginia for commercial real estate brokerage Colliers. He oversees all brokerage operations, recruitment, retention, and business development in Richmond, Hampton Roads, and Charlottesville.

Thomas has more than 30 years of experience directing commercial real estate operations, including brokerage leadership, property management, asset management, and construction project management.

He joined Colliers in 2023 from Commonwealth Commercial Partners. He was previously managing partner for GVA Advantis, overseeing regional brokerage operations. He was the 2023 president of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE).
