Kasia Grzelkowski leads VersAbility Resources, a nonprofit providing comprehensive services for 1,800 people with disabilities of all ages.

VersAbility’s diverse employment programs includes nationwide, mission-essential federal contracting; manufacturing and production; and, initiatives to unleash the untapped talent of people with disabilities through inclusion in trades training and credentialing programs.

In addition to RVA757 Connects, Grzelkowski serves on the boards of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Hampton Roads Workforce Council (executive committee), Greater Peninsula Now (executive committee), and vaACCSES, and is a member of the Academies of Hampton Steering Committee.
