Kelsey Daugherty is a senior advisor at Ashwood Financial Partners, where she works with families and businesses on investment management, estate planning, and retirement plan oversight.

She began her career at Goldman Sachs in Washington, D.C.  where she worked in the prestigious Private Wealth Management division managing over $1 billion in investments for families and nonprofits.

In the community, Kelsey serves on the board immersion program at the Valentine Museum as well as on the Young Professionals Board at Fit4Kids. She also has served on the junior board for the Children’s Hospital Foundation at VCU and the Children’s Museum of Richmond. She sits on the board of directors for Interspan Resources, a temporary staffing agency based in Richmond.
