Deborah M. DiCroce has been president and CEO of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation since 2012. With 35 years of experience in Virginia higher education, she previously served as president of Piedmont Virginia Community College in Charlottesville for nine years and president of Tidewater Community College for 14 years.

In civic life, DiCroce was a founding member of the board of directors of Reinvent Hampton Roads and is a former vice rector of the Board of Visitors of Norfolk State University.

Her current service includes the State Board for Community Colleges, the Hampton Roads Executive Roundtable, Virginia Beach Vision, and the Greater Norfolk Corporation.
