In 2007, Moses Foster opened West Cary Group, a full-service, marketing communications and advertising firm.

Since then, he has guided the company into an era of innovation and growth, garnering notable clients such as Dominion Energy, Capital One, Henrico EDA, Atlantic Union Bank, and PayPal.

Foster serves on the Executive Advisory Council to the Robins School of Business, the GO Virginia Region 4 Council, and the boards of the MCV Foundation, ChamberRVA, Venture Richmond, and RVA757 Connects. In 2021, he was inducted into the Junior Achievement of Greater Richmond Hall of Fame.
