Mitch Haddon serves as president and chief executive officer of ColonialWebb Contractors Co., a subsidiary of Comfort Systems USA. Haddon began his career with Colonial Mechanical Corp. in 1980.

He is the current board chair for the Richmond SPCA, Pauley Heart Center, and the Maymont Foundation. He is vice chair of ChamberRVA board, a member of the AHA Eastern States Region board, and a Richmond Management Roundtable member.

Previously, Haddon served on the Myers-Lawson School of Construction Industry Board at Virginia Tech and the SwimRVA board.
