Ted Chandler is co-founder and managing director of NRV, a Virginia-based venture capital firm that brings counsel, connections, and capital to high growth early-stage companies. He offers more than 40 years of C-suite experience, strategic leadership, and board service. Chandler co-chairs the RVA757 Connects board and serves on its executive committee.

As a community leader, he serves on the boards of the VCU Massey Cancer Center, Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges, University of Richmond School of Law, and the Richmond Performing Arts Center.
