Brad Salter is president of RetroAIM LLC, a leading Virginia-based specialty subcontractor with offices across Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of TST Construction, and held various roles at Norfolk Southern and Advance Auto Parts.

Salter currently serves as chairman of Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads. A native of Virginia Beach, he holds degrees from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and the Darden School of Business.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time with his family.
