Robert W. Gray is the climate strategist, circular economy, and water strategist for DuPont. Additionally, he is the Water and Protection Operations Sustainability leader and leads efforts relating to substances of concern.
Gray is a technology director with 27 years of technology and business leadership at DuPont, focused on the intersection of innovation and value creation.
He joined DuPont in 1997 where he has held a series of global technology and business management roles including product management, process development, manufacturing technology, and applications development.
He is an executive with proven success embedding sustainability and technology strategies to enabling value creation across multi-national and multi-industrial enterprise. He believes in looking for the possibilities, understanding and aligning varying views, and finding value through change. He believes culture and technology are critically linked and need to support each other.
Robert has a BS in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a MS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
