Jeff Floyd is the chief financial officer of Branch, a 100% employee-owned full-service construction firm that serves the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.

Floyd’s career spans across construction, manufacturing, and financial services. His progression is punctuated by strategic moves, balanced risks, and smart growth. His experience includes strategic planning, corporate financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and successful start-up ventures.

A true Hokie, Floyd earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech.

At Branch, Floyd leads the financial execution of the firm’s strategic vision. He is responsible for financial integrity, driving business growth and oversight of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

In his role, he serves on the Branch Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, National ESOP Association, and Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors. Throughout his career, Floyd has lent his knowledge and skills to various non-profit and community organizations.
