Maria Tedesco currently serves as president and chief operating officer at Atlantic Union Bank, showcasing her successful career in the financial industry. Prior to her role at Richmond-based Atlantic Union Bank, Maria held the position of chief operating officer for the U.S. Retail and Business Banking divisions at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago.

Her journey in finance began at BayBank Harvard Trust, a community bank in Cambridge, Mass. Over the years, Tedesco’s dedication and expertise propelled her through successive leadership positions at institutions such as Citizens Financial Group and Santander US.
