Wilson H. Flohr Jr. is president and CEO of GROW Capital Jobs Foundation, the Region 4 support organization for GO Virginia. Flohr served as CEO of Richmond 2015, the organizing committee that brought the UCI Road World Championships to Richmond.

Previously, he served as president and CEO of Richmond Region 2007, the organization that developed and managed the commemoration and celebration of the Richmond Region’s 400th anniversary. Flohr also served as executive vice president and general manager at Kings Dominion from 1984 to 1999. As a community leader, Flohr has  been involved in numerous organizations and boards including ChamberRVA, Richmond Region Tourism, and The Governor’s Advisory Board on Tourism.
