With 22 years of experience, Robbyn Gayer possesses several specializations including financial goal analysis, retirement income planning, risk analysis and business succession planning.

An honors graduate of Longwood College, he earned a bachelor of science degree in physics. After Longwood, he pursued a graduate degree at Old Dominion University. At ODU he studied on the particle research team at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator.

He is a founding member of the Noblemen men's charitable organization. Gayer is the past president of Virginians for High Speed Rail and serves on the board of the Future of Hampton Roads, where he also recently served as president.
